The 2025 BC Tasting Festival: Fire & Ice welcomed more than 50 BC producers and hundreds of guests to the Chilliwack Cultural Centre on September 13, 2025 for an evening celebrating flavour, craftsmanship, and local culture. Featuring distilleries, vineyards, cideries, craft breweries, artisan food makers, and live entertainment, the festival transformed the space into a vibrant showcase of BC’s culinary talent.
This year, Andmar was the proud title sponsor of the festival, joining residents and visitors in supporting one of the region’s most anticipated tasting events. Proceeds from the evening benefited Kids+Music, an initiative of the Chilliwack Academy of Music that provides young students with access to musical education and performance opportunities, a cause closely aligned with Andmar’s belief in supporting arts, culture, and youth development within the community.
As part of its sponsorship, Andmar hosted a VIP Lounge that quickly became one of the evening’s favourite stops. Guests enjoyed handcrafted cocktails by Tumbleweed Distillery, locally inspired appetizers prepared by Vallee Sausage, and a refreshing Oxygen Bar experience courtesy of 2nd Wind Distributors. The Prize Wheel added even more excitement, giving attendees the chance at a Mystery Grab or the opportunity to win standout experiences, including a two-night stay at Black Hills Estate Winery. We were also thrilled to congratulate our four lucky gift card winners, each receiving a $200 prize: Berris Karden, Tim Cameron, Stephan Kurs, Courtney Mienkina, and Bre Calvert.
The Fire & Ice theme added a dynamic atmosphere to the evening, blending creativity with celebration as guests explored the flavours and stories behind BC’s producers. From first-time festival goers to long-time supporters, the night offered a memorable blend of discovery, community connection, and shared enjoyment.
