On September 11, 2025, golfers and community members gathered at the picturesque Cultus Lake Golf Club for the annual Canadian Retirement Developments Golf Tournament, a day where competition, camaraderie, and community spirit came together on the fairways. The winning team of Ian Black, Sandra Stewart, Kevin McAllister and Jeff Sheldon took top honours. Additional skill-based awards included Longest Drive (Men’s: Jeff Sheldon; Ladies: Nancy MacMillan) and Closest to the Pin (Men’s: Doug Hughes; Ladies: Sandra Stewart).
As the development company behind Andmar, Andmark Properties – parent company to Canadian Retirement Developments – was proud to support the event. Andmark Properties’ participation in community events such as this golf tournament reflects a belief that strong neighbourhoods are built not only on bricks and mortar, but also on relationships, shared experiences, and fun-filled gatherings.
This year’s tournament brought residents, team members, industry partners, and friends from communities such as Malloway Village, Englewood Village, Englewood Courtyard, and Skynest, reinforcing the ties that make these places more than just housing, places where people know one another, enjoy time together, and feel part of something larger.
